Arise & Flourish is a therapy, wellness program supporting Catholic women recovering from burnout, compassion fatigue, and complex trauma. Working closely with Monica, I created a clean, elegant landing page that reflects her faith-rooted, calming, and supportive approach. The design features a soft, minimal aesthetic with delicate floral accents inspired by her brand identity. The goal was to communicate safety, hope, and clarity while guiding visitors toward meaningful next steps. Clear calls to action help new clients either connect with Monica directly or follow her Substack blog for continued support. This project lays the foundation for her growing online presence and establishes a visual identity that communicates warmth, professionalism, and trust.

Overview
Arise & Flourish Wellness is a new practice founded by Monica Rumpel. Specializing in helping Catholic women heal from burnout, compassion fatigue, and complex trauma (CPTSD). Monica needed a simple but powerful web presence that is something warm, approachable, and rooted in faith without overwhelming first time visitors.
My goal was to create a landing page that communicates her mission clearly, builds trust instantly, and offers gentle next steps for women seeking emotional and spiritual healing.
Objectives
Monica needed a landing page that:
Presents her brand as safe, calm, and trustworthy
Speaks directly to women experiencing burnout or trauma
Reflects her faith-based, heart-centered approach
Organizes information simply so new visitors don’t feel overwhelmed
Highlights her coaching services
Encourages next steps with clear and intentional calls to action
Design Approach
1. Warm, Minimal, Faith-Inspired Aesthetic
To reflect Monica’s therapeutic style, the layout emphasizes softness and calm. I used:
A gentle, creamy background to create warmth
Delicate floral elements inspired by Catholic iconography
Serif and script pairings for a feminine, elegant feel
Soft gold and navy accents for a sense of trust and grace
The goal was to evoke peace, hope, and renewal, aligning directly with the emotional needs of her audience.
2. Clear and Compassionate Messaging
Trauma-informed design means reducing friction and creating emotional safety. I structured the hero section around her core promise:

Strategic line breaks, calming typography, and emotionally supportive copy guide the visitor without overwhelming them.
3. Clear, High-Intent Calls to Action
Given that visitors may be in a vulnerable emotional state, action steps needed to be simple and non-pressuring:
“Contact” – for women ready to begin coaching
“Subscribe to my blog” – for those exploring her content at their own pace
These CTAs help capture both leads and long-term readers while honoring the user’s emotional readiness.
Results
The final design gives Arise & Flourish a cohesive, calming digital presence that:
Builds trust through warm visuals and approachable content
Communicates Monica’s mission and values clearly
Guides visitors naturally toward contacting her or subscribing to her writing
Establishes a professional foundation for future expansion as her business grows
